DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
Yes, walk-ins are more than welcome!
Please note during busy times such as Friday and Saturday evenings there may be a long wait time if you do not have a booking.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PLAY 9 HOLES OF MINI GOLF?
Each 9-Holes should take you around 30 minutes!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE TO MY BOOKING?
If you’re late to your booking do not stress, we’ll place you into the next available session time!
WHY CAN’T I ADD MORE TICKETS TO MY BOOKING?
This usually means we’ve sold out of spots, try another time/ date!
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
All you need to bring is yourself! It’s handy to bring along a copy of your booking on your phone or printed but not necessary!
ARE UNDER 18’S ALLOWED?
Under 18’s are more than welcome in the venue until 8pm and must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian at all times. This includes teenagers. After 8pm the venue is 18+.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds. If you need a refund due to other reasons please contact us at [email protected]
